libb-hooks-op-annotation-perl software package provides module to allow annotation and delegation of hooked OPs, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libb-hooks-op-annotation-perl
libb-hooks-op-annotation-perl is installed in your system.
